The connection point tool is used to move the location of existing connection points or add new connection points to the shape.
USage:
After pressing the connection point tool button
in the toolbar or pressing the number key 5 on the keyboard to start the connection point tool, the canvas will display the control points of the connection points of all shapes. Click the control point to select the connection point, and drag the control point to move the location of the connection point.
Delete the connection point: After selecting the connection point, press the backspace key.
Add a connection point: First click on the shape where you need to add a connection point to select the shape, then hold down the Command key and press the left mouse button where you need to add the connection point.
